dada: A Geometry and Data Analysis Toolkit
Background
dada is a library of tools for extracting geometric information from high dimensional data sets. Currently it is primarily a repository for the tools I need to create as part of my research, so it is by no means complete and will have rough edges. If, however, by any chance someone stumbles across this and has comments, I would be happy to hear.
